Barack Obama and his staff can exhale. The polls closed in Pennsylvania at 8 p.m. (EDT) without an immediate call on the primary’s outcome. And that means Obama dodged an early bullet.
Hillary Clinton still could get the type of victory she needs to proceed with a degree of enthusiasm (and the ability to slough off calls for her give it up).
But a blowout -- a win by 20 percentage points or more -- would seem unlikely, given that CNN, MSNBC and Fox News all have declared it too early to make a projection.
