Nicole’s Restaurant at 11919 W. Pico Blvd., a 6,000-square-foot structure on a 16,500-square-foot parcel, will be demolished to make way for a commercial project, according to Ashwill/Schneider Inc., brokers. Z & S West Inc., bought the property for $1 million.
