Miller Scores 30, USC Women Beat Stanford

Cheryl Miller had 30 points and 15 rebounds as the USC women’s basketball team closed out its West Coast Athletic Assn. season Sunday with a 77-60 victory over Stanford at the Campus Gym.
The Trojans (20-8, 10-4) open NCAA tournament play Friday night at 7:30 against Idaho (28-1) at the Sports Arena. The Vandals, who have not played a top 20 team, lost only to Eastern Washington, 64-59.
