Jeffrey W. Paul, 38, was named president and chief executive of Van Nuys-based Olga Co., a manufacturer of women’s lingerie and underwear. Paul, formerly executive vice president and chief operating officer, succeeds Olga co-founder Jan J. Erteszek, who continues as chairman.
Erteszek began the company in 1941 with his wife, Olga, who remains vice president of design. Warnaco Inc. acquired the firm in June, 1984.
Separately, Olga Co. announced that Harold E. Ecklund, 46, was promoted to the newly created position of senior vice president-merchandising.
