Four passengers suffered minor bruises when they left an airliner by emergency chutes upon landing at Los Angeles International Airport because of a bomb threat. However, authorities found no explosive device aboard AirCal Flight 512 from San Jose. There were 100 passengers and a crew of four on the Boeing 737 when the telephone message was received by an AirCal central reservations operator. Twenty minutes later, the plane landed, taxied to a remote area of the airport and the captain ordered the emergency evacuation.
