Oil Firm Acquires Brokerage Company

Iliff, Thorn & Co., a commercial real estate brokerage firm with seven offices in the West, including two in San Diego County, has been acquired by Petro-Lewis Corp., an independent Denver-based oil and gas company.
The announcement was made by George S. Iliff, president of the Phoenix-based brokerage firm, who will remain as president in charge of administration and daily operations.
