Mall of Orange

$75 million, 364,000 square feet, 75 shops, three department stores. Completion in four years.

Fashion Square

$400 million, including office and hotel develpment, 500,000 square feet of retail space, 70 new stores, including Nordstrom and Robinsons; 1.5-million square feet office space and two hotels with a total of 1,500 rooms. Completion in 1987.
