RIVERSIDE — A Norco woman, accused of soliciting an undercover sheriff’s detective to murder her husband, was being held Saturday on $250,000 bail at Riverside County Jail.
Sheila McDougall, 41, on Thursday paid Detective Bill Walsh an advance of $500 to kill her husband, Dennis McDougall, a Sheriff’s Department spokesman said.
She was arrested in Corona late Friday afternoon by Riverside County sheriff’s deputies after another meeting with Walsh, who told her he “had completed the killing,” the spokesman said.
