STONY BROOK, N.Y. — The condition of two children who swallowed 89 LSD tablets allegedly left on a table by their uncle continued to improve Sunday, a hospital official said.
Robert Walsh, 3, and his brother, Michael, 2, remained in stable condition with good vital signs at University Hospital, spokeswoman Maxine Simson said. Their uncle, Emil Wander, 42, was arraigned Friday and was being held without bail on assault and drug possession charges.
