100 Feared Drowned

FREETOWN, Sierra Leone — At least 100 people were feared to have drowned Saturday when a boat capsized off the Sierra Leone coast, a survivor said. The boat capsized amid rough seas and strong winds while traveling from Bullom, in the Port Loko district across Freetown Bay, to the Sierra Leone capital.
