Sands Group Purchases Burbank Office Building

A new, 33,000-square-foot office building at 1900 W. Olive Ave., Burbank, has been purchased by an investment group headed by real estate broker Fred Sands for $2.4 million in an all-cash transaction from Bill and Frances Gerard.
