Cottonwood Ranch Estates First Phase Holds Opening

Cottonwood Ranch Estates, a development of 53 single-family homes, opens today in Moreno Valley, formerly known as Sunnymead, with 13 houses in the first phase due to be completed in July.

Priced from $79,990 to $119,990, the homes are available in four floor plans and nine elevations with two to four bedrooms, two baths and 1,100 to 1,900 square feet. A project of Kaufman Development Corp., the homes are being built on half-acre or larger lots zoned for equestrian use.

Among the features are wood-burning fireplaces, vaulted ceilings, greenhouse windows and ceramic tile or wood entries.

The sales office is open daily from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 28080 War Admiral, reached from the Moreno Beach Drive exit of the Pomona Freeway. Models are expected to be decorated in June.
