Pacifica Real Property Investments Corporation has named Fred L. Arevalos senior vice president. He had been vice president of La Cresta Pacifica Corporation, a real estate financing company, since Jan. 1984. Arevalos, 50, will oversee PRPIC’s commercial and residential properties in California, Arizona, Texas and Louisiana. He replaces Paul Anderson, who resigned the position in December for undisclosed reasons.
Both PRPIC, a property management and syndication company, and La Cresta Pacifica are subsidiaries of Pacific Savings Bank of Costa Mesa.
