Environmental Groups Announce Affiliation

WASHINGTON — Two environmental groups, the Conservation Foundation and the World Wildlife Fund-U.S., announced Monday they will begin a formal affiliation that will consolidate their offices but leave their separate programs intact.
William Reilly, president of the foundation, will also become president of the wildlife fund. Russell Train, president of the wildlife fund, will become chairman of the board of both organizations.
