Dupont Centre Topped Out

The $38.5-million Dupont Centre in Irvine has been topped out.
A joint-venture development of the Legacy Cos. and Daon Corp., both of Newport Beach, the center will consist of two office buildings--one with eight stories and 153,250 square feet and the other with five stories and 98,775 square feet--and a 950-car parking structure.
DeRevere Partnership of Newport Beach designed the project, which is rising at Von Karman and Dupont avenues.
