Talks on the New England Patriot drug-testing program have started between General Manager Patrick Sullivan and player representative Brian Holloway, but a team spokesman said the club will try to downplay the much-publicized proposal.
“We are just trying to keep it in house,” public-relations director Jim Greenidge said. “It’s just getting far too much publicity for our sake. We don’t want to say anything until we finally make a decision on what we will do.”
