Toya DeCree, former Kennedy High basketball standout, is fourth in the West Coast Athletic Conference with a 19.4 scoring average. DeCree, a senior forward at U. S. International University, is third in rebounding (9.2), first in steals (3.1) and eighth in field-goal percentage (50.6). USIU (17-5) leads the conference with a 7-0 record.
