Addabbo in Very Serious Condition, Officials Say

WASHINGTON — Rep. Joseph P. Addabbo, 60, a senior Democrat in the New York congressional delegation, remains in very serious condition at Walter Reed Hospital, officials said Friday. Addabbo was hospitalized March 6 after suffering a heart attack that doctors said was brought on by the spread of cancer to the brain.
