RICHFIELD, Ohio — The Cleveland Cavaliers have signed 6-foot 8-inch forward Ben McDonald to a second 10-day contract, the team announced Friday.
McDonald, who played his senior season at UC Irvine in 1983-84, is averaging 3.7 points in six games with the Cavaliers.
McDonald, Cleveland’s third-round pick in the 1984 draft, originally was signed when forward Edgar Jones was placed on the injured list.
