The Edward J. DeBartolo organization announced it has accepted a license to build a $74 million horse racing track in Oklahoma City, the state’s first major parimutuel facility.
Barring complications, the DeBartolos will begin site preparation work on Remington Park race track in northeast Oklahoma City in November, with racing to begin in the fall of 1988.
