Business Exchange Acquires Equifone

Business Exchange, a North Hollywood business-to-business bartering company, has completed its acquisition of Equifone, an Irvine distributor of private pay telephones. Equifone, founded last year, has not yet had any sales.

The phone company, now called BX Paytel, will operate as a subsidiary that will sell, lease, install and service private pay telephones.
