Lawrence P. Fraiberg, president of Group W television stations group of Westinghouse Broadcasting, has joined MCA Inc., Universal City, as a vice president and president of its MCA broadcast operations. He will represent MCA in its previously announced deal to buy WOR-TV in Seacaucus, N.J., from the RKO unit of GenCorp.
