An unattended oil leak prompted the Air Force to suspend Galaxy Airlines from further charter flights until inspectors are satisfied that the carrier has cleared up maintenance problems, a spokesman said. Galaxy, based in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., was running two regular supply routes, but carrying no passengers, and using Lockheed L-188 Electras, said Air Force spokesman Capt. Thomas LaRock.
