Hughes Aircraft Co., El Segundo, announced the following changes at its electro-optical and data systems group: Richard L. Seaberg has been named corporate vice president, assistant group executive and a member of the company’s policy board. Named as group vice presidents were: George Aroyan, manager, space and strategic engineering division; Elliot Axelband, manager, advanced tactical programs division, and Nathan L. Simmons, manager, tactical programs division. Also, Nicholas Rayne was appointed group vice president and director of marketing.
