Ehrlich Co. Opens First Two Phases in Laguna Hills

Amber Hill, a single-family development by the Ehrlich Co., opens today in Laguna Hills with three- and four-bedroom houses priced from $178,900 to $215,900.
The first two phases of the three-phase, 85-unit project are being built at the same time and comprise 66 houses, 20 of which were sold before the opening. First move-ins are scheduled for late August.
The one- and two-story houses feature 1,845 to 2,383 square feet of space with double-door entries, wood-burning fireplaces, formal dining areas, master suites, vaulted ceilings and greenhouse windows.
Three furnished models are open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily at 24732 Monte Royale St., reached from the westbound La Paz Road exit of the San Diego (5) Freeway.
