Once a leader in the personal computer industry, the Westlake Village firm said it was unable to reorganize or pay its debts. The company said it sold its service and repair business to Service Intelligence Corp., also of Westlake Village. Vector, which filed for protection from creditors in bankruptcy court on Dec. 23, said it will net $925,000 from its sale of assets.
