Allred to Be Honored

The National Assn. of Federal Investigators will present its 1986 Public Service Award to Los Angeles attorney Gloria Allred at a black-tie banquet this evening in Arlington, Va. Allred will be honored for her development of Project Amnesty, a child support enforcement program.
