The body of one victim of a light plane crash into the ocean off Pismo Beach was recovered, but a search for a second victim was unsuccessful. Rescuers identified the body as that of Margaret June Tonne, 37, of San Jose, and said they believed the other person involved in the ill-fated flight from the Oceano Beach Airport to the San Francisco Bay Area was a man. He was not identified. There was no indication what caused the Cessna to plunge into the sea off San Luis Obispo County.
