Local News in Brief : Motorcyclist Dies in Spill in Agua Dulce

A Canyon Country man died of a broken neck Wednesday when his motorcycle flipped and landed on top of him on the dirt shoulder of Escondido Canyon Road in Agua Dulce, the California Highway Patrol said.
Kenneth W. Whitner, 56, was pronounced dead at the scene.
As Whitner was rounding a curve, the motorcycle went off the left side of the road and snagged in the dirt, causing it to flip, the CHP said.
