Lestz Chairman of Chamber

Earl Lestz, an executive with Paramount Pictures, has been named chairman of the board of the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce. He succeeds Stanley Spero, a vice president of Golden West Broadcasters.
Vice chairmen are Robert Hansen, real estate consultant; John O. Adams, lawyer; Oscar Arslanian, public relations, and Carole Metour, owner of a preventive-maintenance firm.
Chief financial officer of the chamber is Jo Morrow, bank manager. The secretary is Debra Westerland, a television studio employee.
