FileNet Corp. Building in Gateway Center

Construction has started on a $10-million headquarters building for FileNet Corp., a manufacturer of optical disc drive storage units, in Harbor Gateway Business Center, Costa Mesa.
Newport Beach-based Elliott Corp. is the contractor. Completion is scheduled for September.
