Shamrock Unit to Enter Biotech Research Venture

Central Soya, the Fort Wayne, Indiana grain company, has signed a joint venture research agreement with a biotechnology company, Bio Techniques Laboratories of Redmond, Wash.
Central Soya is owned by Shamrock L.P., a Burbank partnership controlled by Roy E. Disney, the nephew of the late Walt Disney.
