OFFICERS SELECTED AT NEWPORT MUSEUM

Rogue Hemley, a senior partner in the Latham & Watkins law firm of Newport Beach, has been elected board president of the Newport Harbor Art Museum.
Vice presidents named at the board of trustees meeting held last week were Hancock Banning of the Haskell & Banning law firm; David Carroll, a Pacific Bell area vice president; Harold Price, chairman of Bredero-Price, and Dr. Jay Young.
Thomas Rogers, a senior vice president of Security Pacific National Bank, was elected board secretary, and Jerry Dauderman, president of Nautilus Aerobics Plus, was named board treasurer.
In the president’s post, Hemley succeeded John Dwan II, a senior manager with McDonnell Douglas Astronautics Co.
The post of board chairman, vacated by John Martin Shea, chairman of Beacon Bay Enterprises Inc., will remain vacant at this time, museum officials said.
