Shootings on Southland Freeways

I agree completely with the reader who wrote about how bad Los Angeles drivers are. I have lived in several major U.S. cities and it’s true: L.A. drivers are the worst! Why, I’m not sure, but I have an idea. Could it be that we pay such exorbitant auto insurance premiums that we figure we might as well get our money’s worth and drive any way we damned well please?
