Hypocrisy

The moralistic streak in the American culture that opposes logic and reason to deal with illegal drugs and drug-related crimes was the same streak that gave us Prohibition and the Roaring ‘20s era of crime.
More people die of tobacco and liquor use than do of drugs. Where are the laws to prohibit the use of tobacco and liquor? Society should be consistent in its morality. Instead it looks at this grave issue with the face of hypocrisy.
