Former heavyweight boxing champion George Foreman has trimmed 25 pounds in preparation for tonight’s 10-round heavyweight bout against Charles Hostetter at the Oakland Coliseum Arena.
Foreman, 38, weighed 270 pounds for a March 9 fight at Sacramento in which he knocked out Steve Zouski to improve his record to 46-2 with 43 knockouts. Foreman said he weighs 247 pounds.
