Supreme Court Nomination of Judge Robert Bork
- Share via
A burden has been placed on our California U.S. Senators in confirming or rejecting Reagan’s nominee to the Supreme Court.
Will Sens. Alan Cranston and Pete Wilson cave in to a vocal, anti-choice, let-them-use-coat-hangers minority? This is the minority that has influenced the previous Reagan selections to the Supreme Court. This same minority ignores the reality that desperate women will resort to life-threatening measures when denied safe, legal abortions.
In the past both of our senators have taken pro-choice stands. California women will be watching to determine the depth of their convictions.
