Larry Doby hit a two-run double to lead the American League to a 4-1 victory over the National League in an old-timers game at Oakland. A total of 24 Hall of Fame members were introduced, including Joe DiMaggio, Warren Spahn, Duke Snider, Bob Gibson, Catfish Hunter and Willie Mays.
