Tamara Moodie has been named director of marketing for Interior Design Development Inc., Costa Mesa. Moodie’s responsibilities include public relations and commercial business development. Moodie previously served as director of sales and marketing for an Orange County interior design firm.

Margaret I. Adams has been appointed vice president-legal of Metropolitan Structures West Inc. Adams will be responsible for all legal matters. Metropolitan Structures is managing general partner of the California Plaza Partnership, developers of the $1.2-billion California Plaza on Bunker Hill.
