Johnson & Johnson will resume advertising in Florida markets. The company was boycotting Florida in opposition to the state’s new sales tax on services. Network commercials for Tylenol pain reliever, Band-Aids and other consumer health-care products made by the Brunswick, N.J.-based company will begin appearing on Florida television within the next few days. The company said it ended its boycott because the new tax has been challenged in court.
