Glendora : Senior Housing Proposed

A new housing complex for 132 senior citizens has been proposed on a 13-acre site on Glendora Avenue, pending approval by the Redevelopment Agency.
Four connected buildings are planned for land that was donated in 1975 by the Paul Geleris family to house low-income senior citizens. Walton Associated Companies has designed the $15-million development. Apartment rents will be between $250 and $600.
