Kurdish guerrillas killed at least 25 people in an attack on a Turkish village with rocket launchers, grenades and machine guns, the semiofficial Anatolia news agency reported. State radio said that 14 of the dead were children, including a 3-day-old baby. Seven women also were among the victims in the raid on Kilickaya, 720 miles southeast of Ankara, the radio said. The Kurdish guerrillas, fighting to establish an independent Marxist state in southeastern Turkey, have killed about 500 people since the insurgency began in 1984.
