It was disturbing to find that MacLaine has now combined the worst features of the New Age yuppie and Eastern philosophies. It is sobering to think of the implications of the notions that there is nothing better to spend one’s money on than self-indulgence and that evil is an illusion so that there is no essential difference between Mother Teresa and Hitler.
