Nantucket Corp., Los Angeles, has announced the resignation of its founder and chairman, Barry ReBell. George A. Juarez, continues as the company’s CEO and assumes the position of chairman. In addition, Philip Catterall has been appointed vice president of marketing at the database management software company.
According to Juarez, ReBell resigned to pursue other entrepreneurial ventures and will serve as a consultant to Nantucket.
