Yugoslavs Seize Drugs

BELGRADE, Yugoslavia — Customs officers fighting a growing narcotics trade have seized 176 pounds of heroin on the Bulgarian border in the last month, Interior Ministry figures quoted by state news agency Tanjug show.
The seizures were the highest ever reported for a month.
