Wall Street speculator John A. Mulheren, who is accused of plotting to kill convicted financier Ivan F. Boesky and former Boesky aide Michael Davidoff, arrived at a private psychiatric hospital after a federal appeals court lifted an order preventing his release from prison detention. Mulheren went to the Carrier Foundation in Belle Mead, N.J., following a ruling by the 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Manhattan.
