Earl Elected President of Research Unit

J. B. Earl has been elected president of the Construction Industry Research Board. Earl is president of O. K. Earl Corp., Pasadena.
He succeeds Jack Oechsel,who will continue to serve as a board member.
Roger Werbel was elected first vice president. Werbel is also president of the California Building Industry Assn.
Other board members are: Greg Antonovich, John Clarke, James Halverson, Jack McCormick and William Schmidt.
