Democratic Event: The Democratic Associates of Orange County will have a St. Patrick’s Day celebration at 6 p.m. today in the University Club at UC Irvine. There also will be installation of board officers, and Paula Werner, who is running for the Irvine City Council, will speak on her candidacy.
