Veteran KCBS-TV commentator Bill Stout, sidelined last year by a heart attack, will return to the Channel 2 Action News show in April, the station announced. Stout, who has been recuperating for about six months, will resume his daily commentary segment “Perspectives” on April 4, news director Erik Sorenson said.
