Bus Terminal to Get Different Use

The former Trailways Lines bus maintenance facility at 1501 S. Central Ave. is being recycled by its new owners, the Greaten Corp., a children’s wear manufacturer, into a distribution center.
The 57,225-square-foot building and its 2-acre site was purchased for about $3 million, according to Coldwell Banker which represented both parties.
